Welcome to BriteDriveTM, a service operated by Directive Technology, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using BriteDriveTM (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
BriteDriveTM is a multi-tenant file collection platform that enables authenticated users to:
- Create branded base folders representing organizations
- Generate shareable upload links with customizable settings
- Receive files from anyone via shareable links - no account creation required
- Store files in their personal Google Drive accounts
- Receive email notifications through their Gmail accounts
- Track analytics and upload history
The Service acts as an intermediary between guest uploaders and your Google Drive storage. We do not store uploaded files on our servers; all files are transmitted directly to your connected Google Drive account.
