You can create an account by clicking "Sign in or Sign up" in the header. We support both email/password authentication and Google OAuth sign-in for your convenience.

BriteDrive™ requires the following Google permissions:

• Google Drive (File Scope): To create folders and upload files that are shared with you
• Gmail: To send email notifications when files are uploaded
• Profile Info: To display your name and email in the app

Important: We only access files that BriteDrive™ creates. We cannot see any other files in your Google Drive.

You can revoke Google Drive and Gmail access anytime from your Settings page. Navigate to Settings → Google Services and click "Disconnect" next to the service you want to revoke.

Yes! BriteDrive™ takes security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM, and we never store uploaded files on our servers – they go directly to your Google Drive. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Upload limits are configurable per upload link. You can set:

• Maximum file size (up to your Google Drive storage limit)
• Maximum number of uploads
• Allowed file types
• Link expiration date

When someone uploads a file through your link, you'll receive an email notification via Gmail. You can customize notification settings for each upload link, including CC recipients and custom messages. Notifications can be enabled or disabled in your Settings.

Yes! BriteDrive™ supports team workspaces. You can create teams, invite members, and share base folders with specific roles (Admin or Member). Team members can manage upload links and view analytics together.

Absolutely! Each base folder can have custom branding including:

• Organization name
• Brand color
• Custom logo
• Custom success messages

BriteDrive™ provides detailed analytics including:

• Number of link views
• Number of successful uploads
• Upload history with timestamps
• File names and uploader information
